HOW CAN DENY ANY USER FOR LOGIN WithouT DeletE Its AccounT IN WINDOWS ?

if you want to deny any user for login without delete that account
see this tutorial

1. click start then click run

2. type control

3. open administrative tools

4. open local security policy

5.  in left hand side panel click local policies

6. in right hand side panel double click the users right assignment

7.  double click the deny logon locally

8. click add user and group

9. enter the user name that you want to deny

10. click ok

11. click ok
